Over Easter weekend, we took a trip to visit some of my favorite people in the whole world: The Sorenson Family and the Merrill Family. It was so great to see our friends! The Sorensons are near Sacramento, and we spent most of our time with them, but we were also able to visit Sarah and her family on our way to San Francisco. They were gracious enough to let us crash at their home for a night. It was such a fun visit with both of these awesome families. Here are the pics, in no particular order because I am feeling lazy:

| This is Isaac at the visitors center at Lake Tahoe. We stopped there to use the bathroom on our drive to Tiffany's house. The scenery there was beautiful! |
The next four pictures were taken at Micke Grove, where Sarah took us with her kids. They had some playgrounds, a fun little zoo, and a small amusement park. The kids had a blast! I wish I'd gotten a picture of me and Sarah, but I wasn't thinking about it at the time. Some of these kids are hers, though!
As part of our stay with the Sorensons, we ventured into San Francisco. It was so fun to see the city!

| Me and Tiff wandering around near the shops on the pier. |
| That's Alcatraz Island behind us. We decided we didn't really need to get any closer to it. :) |
| I love how Ezra is trying to see through the wrong end! |
| Brent and Tiffany and Eliza. So cute! |
| Ezra really wanted me to take this picture so he could print it out for his teacher. |
| Fisherman's Wharf! |
| We ended our San Francisco adventure with some hiking at Muir Woods. Beautiful girls! |
| Austin and Ezra, just hanging out. . . |
| These two were pretty good buddies. They are very similar in temperament, which was both good and bad! |

| Our six combined kiddos. Amazing how when we first met this great family, Austin was the only child and he was only a couple months old. They have grown so much! |
Our last morning at the Sorenson's, we went hiking at a trail whose name I have forgotten. (This is why I need to keep up on the blog.) I'm sure Tiffany will see this eventually and remind me, and then I'll update. :)
Thanks Brent and Tiffany and Sarah and Randy for letting us stay with you! We had a such a great time, I told Erik we need to make it a yearly event! (Minus the strep, right Tiff?!)
