Happenings

Here are some random pictures from the last week or so.

This was Ezra's homework one night. He had to draw pictures of words that start with letter A. Usually he asks me for help in labeling, but he brought this one to me all finished. I loved his spellings, so I took a picture!

Poor little Isaac has his second double ear infection in the last two months. Last time one of his ear drums burst. This time both of them did. I have to take him to an ENT later this month to make sure his eardrums healed okay, and to figure out what to do to keep this from happening again.

Isaac and I have been busy this winter playing with friends and doing playgroup preschool. In this picture, he was building with his friend. He told me they were making a "Repent Boat" where people go to repent, and can't get off the boat until they do!
We are enjoying a milder winter this year, and have been keeping very busy. We have been able to get out and play a little more this winter, and school keeps Ginny and Ezra plenty busy as well. On President's Day, we tried to go the the Natural History museum, but the line was so long that we ditched it in favor of Central Park where we froze. So, after we felt thoroughly frozen, we wandered over to McDonald's for hot chocolate! (We chose McDonald's because we had gift cards. Not because their hot chocolate is amazing. . . )
As you can see, Ezra's hot chocolate was too hot!!!

I love Isaac's repent boat! Have you been talking about repentance in Sunbeams?
